I attempted some project reading for the practical brief. It was quite easy, once I made myself cosy and put my feet against the radiator in the lounge, the whole house was freezing, even with the heating on, but this helped my concentration.

I have literally been sat in the same spot for most of today. I think it is time to rectify this.
Saying that, once Friday is out the way, the five days after that will be full of action.

Today I went to Kew Gardens, it was hot and nice.
I am very pleased with the performance my SLR has put on today. I'm so glad I have nothing to do tomorrow.

Forgive me for posting yet another photograph that I didn't actually take myself.
So, Moon won some tickets for Guilfest, so we went, but only for today because we have plans this weekend, we only really saw two good acts and it's kind of made me realise how tiny Guilfest actually is, there's not nearly enough to do, how was I satisfied with this before? I guess more pops up on Saturday but it doesn't matter.
So this is a photo of my feet getting a pedicure from some fish, I saw it, I figured I wouldn't get another chance to do it, at least of course not for a long time, so I just did it, and it was amazing. My feet are much softer than they were and I want my own so I can do it for hours at a time, it's so tickley and they get something out of it too, nom.
They liked my right foot better than my left foot, I'm also quite sure they helped sort out bits of my healing blisters. Tasty.

Today Moon helped me finish packing up my Glastonbury stuff, as I was having a mini-mental-breakdown over it, and we had a 'trial-run' of the new tent, it is so huge and roomy, I can't wait for it to be my home for 5ish days. I also had a mega play with my 35mm lens, which I haven't really done properly yet, and I took some nice photographs of my cat and other things in the garden. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to do a final post tomorrow before I head off to my first huge festival, with mud and danger.

We meet again red toenails, but in a nice new shade.
I like that the ringlight makes everything look nostalgic and filmy.
I went to a travel agents today, all she did was look up mega-expensive prices on Google. I found many that were at least £20 cheaper, just from browsing. FML.
I'm quite liking the weather, and the prospect of a holiday is making me look forward to the summer time even more.
I have been doing pretty well at the gym too, it's just a shame that since finishing off my dissertation proposal that I have completely neglected my practical work, there is always the rest of the week to make me feel less guilty, but it's so nice outside and the evenings have some really good TV.

I have actually done work today, but should really be ashamed of myself because I only spent half an hour on it and the rest of the day trying to watch the Dogme95 movie, 'Julien Donkey-Boy' (wouldn't recommend it to anyone btw, it's awful) and finally finding and watching Grey Gardens (1975), it's such a good documentary, it makes me completely in love with the idea of being so rich but so filthy and lacking in common sense and I love their voices.
Out of what I've taken today, I think I like this best, would probably get rid of the glare from my teapot lampshade, but that's it, if the idea of this is to sum up the day, this pretty much does it. I also like that Edie on my laptop matches the figure in the Taylor-Wessing Portrait Prize catalogue.
I wanted tomorrow to be more productive, but I think I will be forced to go even more stir-crazy as it's meant to snow from 4am tomorrow morning until 2am the following morning, but we'll see how that goes. There is actually a bread-shortage now.
